Apartment buildings are default service buildings that come pre-built with כפר (שלב 3) nodes and higher.[2][3][4][5][6]

- כפר (שלב 3) apartment buildings offer 50 instanced rental apartments. Additional apartments can be added at עיירה (שלב 4) if the mayor chooses to construct them and if there is an available plot for the expansion. This includes different types of apartments, such as penthouses.[3][4][7][5][8]
