Tarnished Skyraider's Chain was a costume cosmetic skin in a pre-order pack.[2]
When the call came to evacuate Verra through the divine portals, the venerable order of Empyrean Skyraiders refused to leave. Since drake and other wyrmkind mounts could not survive in the non-magical world of Sanctus, rather than abandon them, the majority of Skyraiders chose to die with their loyal steeds. To this day, many poignant descriptions of the proud warriors atop their loyal steeds, nobly plummeting into the seething hordes of daemonic invaders, still survive.[2]
