Spell focuses are offhand items that are used to enhance your spell casting. They replace a shield or sigil in a player's off-hand slot.[2][1]
- These can take the appearance of objects, such as orbs, books, shrunken heads.[2]
- Spell focuses can take many different forms. You saw an orb there. the spell focus could be a book. It could be a shrunken head.
